The Cook Sisters

What began as collaboration between a pair of cooks and the United States Botanic Garden has now grown into an area-wide traveling cooking show with dozens of appearances annually.

Our classes are organized seasonally and our recipes are big with flavor and imagination and easy to understand and implement.

The Cook Sisters, Danielle and Adrienne are keen proponents of buying and eating locally, so what participants cannot grow themselves they surely will find at area farmer’s markets during the season in which the recipe is featured – and, as often as not, at other times of the year too. Thus they encourage participants to try a particular dish out of season if the fresh ingredients are available.

Classes and demos cover everything from soup to nuts and include gardening tips gathered from Adrienne’s long history of growing food for the table.

Recipes on the Pomegranate Plus website are gleaned from Danielle and Adrienne’s public appearances and have been vetted both in each of their kitchens and before at their classes.
